We have a fine collection of Irish and Canadian whiskeys as well as Caribbean
rums, domestic and international gins and vodkas and our wine list is pretty
good for a place that serves no food.

However, as you might presume, inventory issues can be a challenge. Due to the
rare nature of many of our projects, we can't always gurantee the availability of
all things at all times. If the special beverage that you are seeking out is not
currently in stock, please speak with your bartender and perhaps we could suggest
something just as good.
